Clean and comfortable size rooms. Onsite parking and easy walking distance to Gerardmer town/lake for restaurants. Friendly staff. Good base for cheap ski weekend.

Stayed there last year as well. It's very close to the venue of Open de France de Flechettes in which my friends and I participated.
Well, breakfast can be better for 8,40 Euros. There is absolutely no choice and it's not very much one gets for that price. Maybe think about giving people the option to choose bacon and eggs, ham, etc instead of only cheese and yogurt.

Friendly, helpful staff and well located hotel for Gerardmer town centre and only a 10 minute drive to ski slopes. Low budget, basic facilities but clean and useable.
Sound proofing in the building is very limited - noisy families in other rooms were heard all too easily!
